Kaira Silver will ship your order for FREE. (Our shipments are domestic and order for your shipping requests to abroad. please contact us before giving).

Until your order is delivered to you from the cargo company Under the responsibility and guarantee of Kaira Silver.

5-7 working days if your order is ready in our stocks, all wedding rings products and products that are not ready in stock are produced as special order and 15 business days delivered to the cargo within the day. Orders placed until 14:00, If the product is ready in our center stocks, it is shipped on the same day. Process

When the courier delivers the package in terms of the insurance coverage condition, check whether the bag is damaged. If the cargo bag is damaged, make a report and do not receive the cargo.

All our shipments are in special packaging as GIFT PACKAGE and is sent in a special box for the product.

 

▌Product(s) in your order(s) if available in stock Delivery within 5 - 7 working days will be realized.

▌Your special production orders (Wedding rings etc.) will be produced within 10-15 business days and will be sent at the end of production.

▌For your specially produced orders, as a result of the production realized, a weight difference of -+10% may arise, and a possible higher price difference can be requested/refunded.

▌ For orders made by wire transfer or EFT, if the order amount is not sent to the Kaira Silver Retail accounts in the payment options within 3 business days, your orders will be canceled at the end of 3 business days.
